Green Tea, Calm but Alert!

I drink green tea while I’m studying for exams and wanting an extra boost in energy. It helps to calm me down while also giving me an energy boost like coffee. I was doing a bit of research and found that green tea has caffeine, but not too much that it distracts my thoughts while I’m studying. Green tea also has a compound named L-theanine. This compound has been reported to make you calm and relaxed. So, having the energy boost from the caffeine and the calmness from L-theanine will put you into the perfect mood and mental state for studying. You’re alert, but calm!
